Instead of going searching for great deals on black Friday, I decided to theme out a manicure. I'd seen people playing with matte/glossy, and gave it a go.
I have really, decidedly, (irrevocably) not mastered the art of the dotting tool. All my dots are awkward and different sizes. I love the stripes though, just perfect!
As a side note, I really need to find a better mattifier. I'm using the Color Club brand matte top coat and it cracks much like one of those "crackle" top coats. Very streaky and unpleasant.
